Added more honey to balance out the spicy and it was still a bit much for me. Delicious but definitely spicy! I would suggest cutting the chili paste back a bit. Also added pan seared chicken breasts that were seasoned in seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder & ginger powder and cooked in olive and sesame oil, and sauteed mushrooms. Also, don't cook the noodles until everything else is done. I made the mistake of following the directions in order, leaving me with cold noodles. If this happens to you, drain your noodles and reheat by running them under hot tap water while in a colander to warm them without cooking them further. All in all, it was delicious and I would definitely make again.
