I put a thumbs-down but I didn't dislike it, it just wasn't to my taste. The flavors weren't punchy enough, and the glaze didn't thicken the way I'd wanted.
Also, in my opinion the directions don't cook long enough. I had baby carrots, halved, at 425* for 15min and they were still pretty firm. I reduced it to 350* for another 15-20min; that got them a lot more tender, and also encouraged more caramelization.
