Into pan. Push to edges. Load one half with filling, cheese, hame, tomatoes etc. Check cooked and golden underneath. Fold over. Cook a bit more. Slide out. Cut up. Eat!
Quick one pan toasties 4 to 5 mins (for one)
4 Tbsp strong bread flour
Salt
1 level tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp yoghurt
4 Tbsp water
To make a spongy thick dough, much thicker than pancake batter but not bread dough
