This recipe is really good. I tossed in a hand full of frozen strawberries to help with the sweetness and I used fresh bananas as I only had fresh bananas. I used only 1/4 of teaspoon of cayenne pepper because I didn't have a 1/3 teaspoon (I made this for 3 people) I also added two Tablespoons of MCT oil powder and 1/4 cup chia seeds.
