Makes leftovers

Under 30 minutes

So it looks kinda blahhhh in my photo, but here’s what I did: I doubled the recipe, added 3 pounds of beef, and cooked it for 15 minutes in the ninja foodi (instapot would work too)—then we added rice. It was sooooooo freaking good that I stopped mid eating to share this with you. My son who has Autism and who is a VERY picky eater ate a bite and said “mmmmmmm” which….that is rare round these parts. So…..what are you waiting for? Go cook it!

I’m with you. My tribe really enjoys this recipe! We also usually add rice on the side, but it looks really good mixed up like that

I also forgot to add that the beef was already browned and drained.
