Stir part way through the chill time or you may end up with some chia cement! Lol. I made with a little heavy cream added to the milk and it has a buttery texture and flavor while still being reminiscent of tapioca due to the little chia bubbles. This makes a small amount but honestly you don't need a bigger serving. I doubled mine and had to put half back in the fridge for later! An easy snack for times when you know you're not gonna have the energy to cook but want something nice.
