Looks delicious! Were these cooked in a normal fan oven or were they cooked in a stone bake/ wood fired pizza oven?

I used a normal convection oven, i just pre-heated the bottom oven at 550f and i let a pizza tray inside to heat up, stretched the dough and then transfer the dough into the pizza tray (in this step I just put the tomato sauce on the dough because I don't want the cheese to burn)
Once the bottom of the dough has a nice color I added the cheese and toppings and put it on the top oven with the broiler setting until I like the cheese color (make sure you turn around your pizza to get a even color on the bread ,👍👍👍
