I made it but I need to change few integrients. I did marinade for Chicken with Honey ( which is my favorite) + I baked potato in different pan. What I also did was first 20 minutes for vegies and chicken I covered them with Alu foil. They cook and bake in same time. Result is really good but as you said.. The cooking time really depend from owen and and quantity of food. My whole time for this was 2,5 hour with prep almost 3 but worth it ! :)
