ONE PAN Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

Used a balsamic dressing instead and worked well. It gave a slightly sweet taste to chicken. Very good

The chicken was tender, and the veggies were flavorful.

Frozen broccoli worked fine, as did regular carrots cut to fairly uniform size. Very filling.

I made it but I need to change few integrients. I did marinade for Chicken with Honey ( which is my favorite) + I baked potato in different pan. What I also did was first 20 minutes for vegies and chicken I covered them with Alu foil. They cook and bake in same time. Result is really good but as you said.. The cooking time really depend from owen and and quantity of food. My whole time for this was 2,5 hour with prep almost 3 but worth it ! :)

Too much basalmic. Will use less next time. But still yummy.

The dish itself was delicious with good flavoring, I added less balsamic vinegar than the recipe called for, and I did 4 Tbsp instead of 6. As far as the broccoli goes, I tried listening to some comments about just using one and ended up needing to add the second one later in the pan while the chicken was still cooking. This dish is easy to make, and the timing is confusing but as long as your chicken is cooked you'll be all set. Portion sizes are a little small.

I personally loved it, but the kids weren't funs.

Followed recipe but used one head of brocolli instead of two which was perfect. Granted, it was a fairly big one and yielded about 2.5 cups. Marinade time was 30 mins. GE electric oven at 400 and an altitude of around 5500. Cutlets were 1/2" average that I cut from fresh breast. Ran the vegetables 10 mins, pulled it out, put in the chicken and tomatoes, and did 15 mins. This was the PERFECT time combo. Chicken was cooked but moist. Tomatoes became sweet and were mushy (not in a bad way) on the inside but the skins stayed pretty well intact. Everyone's different but it worked great for us. Huuuuge fan of all vinegars, especially balsamic, so this was especially great. Be aware of the high sodium content in the Italian dressing... I wasn't thrilled about that part, but I had been pretty low for the day so I had wiggle room. Timing was perfect for easily being able to clean as you go so by the end there wasn't another big chore to do. It all comes together quickly too which makes it great for those times you need to put something together fast.

Veggies were in for 25 minutes (added tomatoes after 10). Carrots were still a bit crunchy but broccoli and tomatoes were perfect. Chicken took about 20 minutes and was still nice and moist. Served over protein pasta. Yum

I’d cut back on the vinegar next time. I only marinated for an hour and that was still all we could taste.
