Taste wise it was great (maybe a bit less spicy but that subjective 🙂). Issues with paella pan places over two heaters, try either
- use smaller plan if making paella for 2 people only
- rotating the pan more often
- put pizza iron cast plate beneath the pan
- put it in the oven if nothing else works.
It would've been better if salmon, scallops and prawns were grilled on the side. But then again maybe not, they all soaked in so much aroma and spiciness from paella....
