Instructions
Step 1
Boil 720ml water and 240 ml wine mixed with saffron and fish/veg stocks
Step 2
Steer fry diced shallots, garlic, chilly, peppers and green beans on olive oil in palla pan (start with garlic, shallots and chilly a bit earlier). Keep steering all the time.
Add salt, pimenton.
Step 3
After 10 add mussles. Keep steering.
Step 4
After 5 mins add tomato sauce. Keep steering.
Step 5
Ater 5 mins add rice, mix everything and add enough stock to cover everything.
Step 6
Put salmon, prawns and scallops on top and add rest of the stock. Cook on medium-high heat untill water evaporates. Don't steer. Flip prawns, scallops and salmon at some point.
