-Ran out of butter, ended up using 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup
-lean more on the side of smaller balls when placing on cookie sheet (the added filling and added top of dough ball quickly make the cookie become humongous)
-came out very tasty, but not super sweet, almost like a biscuit except not dry. Whole family obsessed with it.
-maybe super obvious to others but to other beginners, definitely read through the recipe and tips first before starting
