Flatten the cookies on the pan to make sure they cook evenly. You can also put them in a muffin pan and bake longer to get more of a biscuit like pastry

Definitely more biscuit than cookie, somewhat-cornbread texture, but not bad at all. Dough is VERY sticky and annoying to shape though. Cut the strawberries and freeze them before adding to the dough, it should help a bit with that.

They were more biscuit like, than cookies, but still taste really well, and a great breakfast item.

I love strawberry cheesecake, my family. Not so much, but these cookies were delicious. My whole family ate these and loved them. I will be making them again!

-Ran out of butter, ended up using 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup -lean more on the side of smaller balls when placing on cookie sheet (the added filling and added top of dough ball quickly make the cookie become humongous) -came out very tasty, but not super sweet, almost like a biscuit except not dry. Whole family obsessed with it. -maybe super obvious to others but to other beginners, definitely read through the recipe and tips first before starting

I'm not much of a dessert person but I also love strawberries and cheesecake together so I couldn't resist. 😅

Dough becomes liquidy from the strawberries while it sits in the fridge. Impossible to roll into balls. Also 30 minutes is not nearly enough time for the cream cheese to freeze. I ended up pouring it all into a deep dish pan in layers. It came out amazing and cut into squares super easy.

They're realy good. I didnt put powdered sugar in so they turned out more sour but also sweet, i used philadelphia and let the cookies cool down after baking they turned out wonderful (:

I used regular flour and it worked fine. Definitely leave the dough and filling in the freezer/fridge as long as possible it gets very sticky.

So delicious, will definitely try again with different fruits as well!
