We just happened to have some very over-ripened bananas that would be perfect for banana bread. Since I don't like nut's, I went on a web search for 'banana bread cake recipe' and found this recipe. The recipe is appropriately called " The Best Banana Cake I’ve Ever Had." It really is the best banana cake... actually it's the best cake I've ever had of any kind.
