Love ramen eggs? You’ll love these. I save the marinade and re use a few times (be careful to store it separately though, you don’t want the eggs in there for too long). I usually do my soft boiled eggs for just under 7 min and plunge into ice and don’t have problems peeling (though freshness of egg matters). These are great with instant ramen packs, but also on rice or even toast. Keeping them handy in the fridge is a fast and tasty protein snack! Don’t leave them in the marinade too long - they can get very intense! This most recent time I accidentally only did a 1/4 cup soy sauce and it was still good, so you can definitely play around with the amounts. Another tip - I put a piece of paper towel into the container with the eggs when they marinate so the exposed tops can also get some of the marinade!
