A couple tips:
1. Make sure you get fat cucumbers to allow you to get enough filling
2. Pack your rice in first, then slide it out of the cucumber freely when trying to add salmon since the rice will keep it's shape
3. Add a thin layer of cream cheese to make things hold their shape a little better (I didn't have any, but wished I did)
Don't forget the soy sauce for dipping! This was so fast and easy. I was expecting to still be hungry after, but getting the large cucumber for more filling held me over. Our household enjoyed this meal ๐
