I made this with chicken thighs and I also used a frozen package of onion, butternut squash and Brussel sprouts. I added mozzarella cheese and melted it on top at the end. I think the over all flavors were good with this dish. I didn't like it with the frozen vegetables. They got really mushy. I also think it had a little too much liquid...probably because of frozen veggies. I will try it again.
