It's so tasty!!! It looked absolutely amazing and tasted absolutely amazing! It's filling for an all vegetable dish and also it makes you feel good about eating it since it's healthy! The mushrooms burst with juices when you take a bite. I added a tiny bit of cornflour to make the gravy a smidge thicker!
