This was so yummy, I adjusted it to use what I had but it turned out great. I added PB and extra yogurt, great breakfast! The only issue was it took a while to microwave, also it will look undone when it is fully cooked so be sure to check it by tapping it's top. 😋 The peanut butter was a great addition! Might want to add more nuts, 1tbsp wasn't enough. Next time I'll add 1.5-2 Tbsp instead.
No poppy seeds, half the strawberries, added blackberries, no pecans, added walnuts, added a tablespoon of protein powder, no whole wheat flour, substituted regular all-purpose flour.
