Well definitely left them just 1m longer..
I guess they're not as purple because of the brand/type of blueberries and I used the frozen ones and also I got just s soft taste to blueberries.
I used spelt flour and the consistency of the cookies was very nice.
I'll try it again with another brand of blueberries just cause they were still very good but I'll also try it qith different berries.
Overall very satisfied with this recipe.
