Super good! I ran across having issues with serving amounts. I had 10 people to feed and it was telling me 2.5 lbs. I fell for the amount but realized I had to get more prime roast. So your seeing two different roasts. The herb ingredients was tasty! I caramelized the roast by pan first, then put in oven on 325 for 30 mins by pound. Making it medium well. I will cook again!
