Tasted amazing! I'm not sure why people are saying it is bland. I used vegetable broth and added a chicken bouillon cube. I also added an extra 1/4 of water and I'm glad I did it was just starting to brown at the bottom of the rice. Also used fresh spinach because I didn't have frozen. I wonder how it would taste with ground lamb.
