Good depth of flavour but too much liquid for my taste. Next time I will reduce the liquid by using a stock cube on its own not stock. And increase the amount of cider. And add sausages. Cheesy mash was great. Didn't have any tinned flageolet beans so used tinned cannelini beans which were fine.
