Tried baking on a griddle, as suggested, but couldn’t get the temperature right. (Burned). Then tried in the oven on a bake stone like I would do with pitta. (Too hard and dry). In the end put it in a loaf tin and cooked as a normal loaf. Absolutely delicious. Light, very tasty loaf, a notch about the ordinary. Serves to family and friends and enjoyed by all. Will definitely use the ingredient recipe again but will bake as a normal loaf.
