SO long story involving grocery substitutions and an instant pot fail...I accidentally made this into a soup...and it was DELICIOUS! 😂 I bet it would've also been excellent as a casserole. I left the cheese out and put it on as a topping as another reviewer mentioned. Kiddos and husband approved.
