Not as good as her goulash and balsamic beef but partly my fault because I accidentally used hot chilli powder instead of normal and also I think I didn’t add enough cornflour at the end.
Despite my mess ups this was the easiest curry I have ever made and also beautifully buttery so I will be making it again. My wife makes her chicken jalfrezi which is as good as any curry house version, I’m not sure this is as good but I will review again when I have made it properly. 9 out of 10 for now.
