Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on for 4 hours high or 6 hours low. If it's too wet cook for another hour with lid off or add some cornflour to thicken. Pour in some double cream and coriander.
Step 2
Serve with greek yogurt, mango chutney and fresh coriander.
