← Replies in Vegan Mushroom Pasta with Spinach Recipe

I found it a bit bland. But I didn't exactly follow the recipe faithfully. I don't know if using frozen spinach makes a difference but something was lacking. I'm thinking of using some low fat lactose-free cream to see if it makes a difference. Not a fan of the pine nuts

i don't know if you're vegan so this might not matter, but lactose-free doesn't mean vegan

Oh I'm not. I just like to have more veggie days than meat days. So I've enjoyed a few vegan recipes but mostly use them as references. I tweek em wherever I can
