Super easy and delicious! I used chicken breast tenders rather than full breasts. I used less lemon than the recipe calls for to avoid over lemoning the rice. I have a lemon squeezer and I squeezed all the juice out of one half and some of the juice out of the other half but definitely not all the juice and it came out perfect like that. I also only had 2 cups of broth so I added a splash of water for that extra 1/4. I followed recipe cook times and it was great! Will definitely make again!!
