Yeah... The first time i made these i didn't fry them right and when i bit them i got a mouthful of raw dough mixture. Gross. I threw them out. But of the ones that didn't taste like failure, they were really tasty. So as long as you control the heat you should be good. But also yeah i spent like five hours doing this and i wanted to give up but i had already cut the onions and made the dough. I couldn't go back. It was so frustrating. Make it only for special occasions!
