How on earth did it take 5 hours!!??

The recipe actually is supposed to cook that long, says that in the instructions but not the recipe post here on Whisk.

We didn't see the 4 hours time until we threw it in the crockpot. Say's 1 hour at the top. We are 1.5 hours in so far...
