Hmm...perhaps I need 2 wait until the ingredients have a chance to settle, but I didn't care for this paticular egg salad. Made it today and put LOTS of seasoning in it too! Maybe it's cause I subbed plain yogurt for Greek? Other than their consistency, I find that both yogurts taste similarly. Besides, I already had the plain, so I put it to use! Very creamy as most avocado dishes are. So far, the taste leaves MUCH to be desired to me.
