So I didn't have Sambal Oelek or Malaysian curry powder and probably medium curry powder and chili flakes just don't cut it as while it was definitely tasty, it was pretty much just a standard stir fry with a touch of curry. No real depth of flavour... So I'm off to source some Malaysian curry powder!

Yeayme, revisited tonight. TOTALLY different meal with the Malaysian curry powder! Really lovely depth of flavour, tasted just like a Singapore chow mein takeaway and we both enjoyed it much more. Highly recommended to get some!
