I will definitely make this again. The bake time was off, I ended up reducing the temp to 300 so not to burn it and baking for an extra 20 minutes.
It's perfect for family gatherings. I skipped the bacon for personal reasons but didn't miss it. I will however, add salt to the sautéd onions before adding the batter to bring out the onion flavor. I will also serve with a lime sour cream.
