This was an easy recipe that was tasty and quick to make. I did add a couple of tablespoons of water to the pan to stop the potatoes sticking but otherwise followed the recipe. I used 4 medium potatoes in the recipe. I was a bit worried that the quantity of chillis used would make it too spicy but the dish wasn’t too hot and the chillis added flavour. I served it as a filling for dosas and the whole family enjoyed it.
