Flavorful! and no guilt coming back for seconds! We had this as our dinner with a serving of bread, although I can see this being a crowd pleaser at a potluck.
I'm the future, I'll probably just zest my lemons to make the dressing instead of using the preserved lemons. Will it be the same, no, but it will be a time saver.
Making the lemons a full week ahead was a pain, but they were delicious in the dressing. Looking forward to using the rest of my lemons up in another refreshing dish.
