Wow, very very flavourful! There were some techniques in this recipe that I didn't know before - most impressed by essentially 3 rounds of adding spices/flavouring.
It packs a flavourful punch, very enjoyable with rice.
Would be great to make with something smooth/creamy like a sag paneer or other cocunut-based curry to cool the tongue / clean the palate a bit between bites.
Very delicious, I feel like it's the first time I came even within the realm of indian deliciousness when cooking at home.
