These are a nice switch-up to pumpkin pie...exact same flavor profile. I followed the recipe exactly, and cooled and refrigerated before cutting into squares. The filling was pumpkin pie thick...served with whipped cream...hubby liked! I saw a comment that stated the filling was runny when they tried to cut into squares...maybe it was not cooled enough?
