Pretty cool to as something to try. First day, however it did just taste of water but I’m hoping it will firm up over the next few days. Future note: it didn't rlly firm up, but thta may be bc of the amount of water i added. I didnt press it like normal tofu so thats my fault. I found it stuck to all my frying pans!
