I worked for chick fila heres the trick marinate the chicken breast meat in the juice of the large mount olive pickle jars after removing pickles. Dip chicken in milk and egg coat with flour mixed with salt pepper garlic onionand paprika then fry in peanut oil if you want the same taste. The pickle juice is the biggest trick to it

Soo question about this. If I leave a jar of juice and like label it “chicken pickle juice” can I reuse the juice that I marinade the chicken in or does it get thrown with each batch? Do you portion out juice per batch and conserve the rest of the juice for next uses?
