i used the recipe as a guide and pretty much just free styled to what i liked. Personally i adjusted the sauce so many times I ended using 1 orange and 1 mandarin then zested some of a second mandarin on top which made it fresh and light(er). I added about half cup for water to thin out the sauce and probably ended up tripling the sauce and it only made enough for 3 servings because we LIKE sauce. BUT I have enough chicken for another 6 servings.
