Amazing loaf! I swapped 1/4 cup of the butter for 1/4 cup applesauce. Added butter extract & cream cheese extract. Didn’t use coconut. Used sugar substitute for tea sugar. Topped with 16 crushed pecans before baking. Solid icing on top. It’s A+.
