I was a bit worried when I started making this soup. I've had lentil soup before and was disappointed. This soup however totally rocked it! Easy to make, as spicy as you like and the lime and cilantro at the end really brought it all together. It has great layers of flavor. It was loved by all my company and many second servings were had. Will definitely be making this soup again!!
