This feels like one of those fake videos on TikTok that turns an absurd item (or in this case, group of items) into something completely unexpected. usually a good surprise. in this case, it was disappointing BC following the instructions doesn't yield the same pictures results. Chicken does not caramelize in this marinade. didn't have pineapple juice so I used lime juice.
then the recipe wants you to make a "salsa" with A SINGLE AVOCADO and 2 CUPS OF PINEAPPLE. what kind of madness is this?
taste wise, it's edible. would not bother making this again.
