We used chicken breasts, skinless, boneless. I ran out of onion powder and can't get more till Monday, so we skipped that ingredient. Instead of a pinch of cayenne, I used half a tsp of smoke paprika. My old man can't eat cayenne, not even the seasoning. I used 4 Tbsp of butter and heaped the spoon of minced garlic, the butter cause I didn't feel like cutting the half stick I had ready and the garlic cause we love garlic. The day I don't get extra garlic into the pan, send me to the hospital. This is delicious, not very crispy, but then you won't get as crispy if you don't have skin. The flavors come together wonderfully, though. I will make this again.
