Tasty. I love that everything is cooked in one pot. A nice amount of chopping (my prep took longer than the listed time). But overall it only took about 10-15 minutes longer than the recipe said. Not bad. I think next time I will leave off the cheese. It is fine with it but I really think it would be better without it. If I need more thickness I could add a potatoe…
