← Replies in Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili Recipe

Super delish! I've made white chicken chili a few other times in the crock pot so I adapted this one to what I think tastes yummy. I made about double to triple the amount in this recipie, but I definitely think that there was too much liquid. After I had added everything I took out about 2 cups of liquid, so maybe just dont put as much in. I used 2 cans of white beans and 2 of black beans, one can of southwest corn with peppers and some frozen corn. I apparently had ran out of cumin, so I used two taco seasoning packets an added some onion powder along with the other seasoning it called for. Also added a full bag of frozen seasoning starter from Walmart. It has chopped onion, peppers, celery ect. Cooked for about 4 to 5 hours on high an then added in my cream cheese and heavy cream, I used twice as much heavy cream than it called for. It took about an hr an a half for the cream cheese to melt in properly. After I added in two packets of ranch powder. So technically it was ranch chicken white chili. I did not add the jalapeños or chilis since a lot came in the can of southwest corn. I also didn't add the cayenne pepper since the chili powder and taco packets had heat. Just wasnt feeling super spicy. Left out tortilla strips as well. We didn't have cilantro which would have gone great with it, even if it was dried. This is always a favorite during the fall, truly it is a treat! Make it how you like it 🤤
