Agreed with the other comments. To much red curry paste. It seems the proportions for much of the spices was a little off. Great potential, will cook again and experiment!

I digress. Clearly need to learn a little more about curries. I just added a Tbsp each of lime/lemon and this curry "as is" otherwise perfect! If you're looking for a little tang, give it a go.
