Absolutely worth it!!! For anyone sensitive to spicy foods maybe cut all the Sriracha servings in half or leave out all together. We made flour tortillas from scratch to add and they made were a nice addition.
Also unless you like ALOT of the mayo/Sriracha filling then maybe cut back a little but on the portions there too.
Lastly the meat is absolutely not required here. I'm pescatarian and this meal was definitely fine without the meat!!!
