A nice alternative casserole to Mexican or Italian. Quick and fast, i used Perdue cooked strips, added some black pepper, and skipped mixing it in a bowl- added all to baking dish and mixed there. Love French fried onions on top! Served with glazed carrots. I would say it serves 4 adults.
